Product Description

The flexible duct machine with steel wire reinforce was developed in the early to mid 1970s, special for production the insulated flexible ducts with steel wire reinforce. It has the advantages over traditional glue bath duct machines, lower cost, easy operation and stable quality. Multiplicate combinations of raw materials can be applied, and suitable for different system request.

The raw materials required for production of duct which include pre-glued tapes, high tensile wire, Metalised outer layer sleeve and polyester insulation, which all can be customized to suit our customer's requirements.

Components

Our Insulated Duct Machine is consisted of auto tension control steel wire de-coiler, Oven, main machine with various diameter ducts moulds, auto cutter, run out table with Compressing part.

Single layer or double layer flexible duct making machine can be processed by our machine.

Applications
